A mixed level’s class appropriate to all adults, beginners and advanced students. Studying jiu-jitsu traditionally uses the gi. The multitude of grips and elements made available by the gi offers variety of technique and typically requires more patience to learn compared to no-gi.
It is analogous to, and mimics the clothes that we wear on a daily basis, making its use directly applicable to real world implementation. Students are expected to wear a jiu-jitsu gi, pants and jacket of matching color, and the appropriate belt ranking.
